The Rotary Arts & Crafts Festival is delighted to introduce The Bistro, a place where visitors can enjoy local food created by local caterers, with soft drinks, wine and beer to accompany it.

Caribbean Flavah has been bringing authentic Caribbean cuisine to Northumberland County as long as there have been public food vendors. From the jerk chicken to curried chicken roti to oxtail curry everything is always extensively seasoned and made fresh every day.

Sprucewood Brands is a source for all natural and fabulous tasting fine food products. Famous for their shortbread cookies their products are handmade with culinary care.

In 2012, the Bistro will be open on Saturday and Sunday from 11:00 - 5:00 and on Monday from
11:00 - 4:30.
